The huge kitchen, dining and lounge area has full glass walls with views over the wetlands - you may just see a Pelican or two. There are four bedrooms - one king, one queen and two with double bunks - ideal for couples or families. It's air-conditioned plus there is a full laundry with extra shower. It's only 150 paces to Long Beach where you can skim stones, drop a line, explore rock pools, boogey board, laze on the sand - even swim! Or relax on the decking or lawns under the huge umbrella. Cancellations:
Strict cancellation policies apply. Cancellation notified more than 28 days prior to the booking will incur a $30 (incl. GST) cancellation fee. Cancellation notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to departure will forfeit the full deposit or 50% of the total booking whichever is less. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the booking will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $30 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date.
The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Pelican Shed is on Park Terrace, Robe. Coming from Adelaide on the Kingston Road, as you come into the town, turn right into Dawson Drive (just before the bridge) then turn right into Park Terrace and hard right around to Pelican Shed on your right hand side.
